SuperCV provides online tools that allow users to create, edit, manage, and export professional resumes and CVs.

SuperCV may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• The materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.
• The materials do not contain unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.

SuperCV is a resume-building platform and is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, or career placement service.

We do not guarantee:

• Career advancement.
• Any specific outcome from use of the Service.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all information included in their resumes and CVs.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will always meet your expectations.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, design, content, and underlying technology, is owned by SuperCV and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperCV and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to SuperCV during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law
